I took over The Lobster Pot Nottingham from my father in 2014, and later opened a second restaurant in the heart of Beeston 2 years later. The space used to be a Thai restaurant run by my Uncle, so the menu draws on our family history and boasts even more Thai inspired dishes. The result? Excellent reviews, satisfied customers, and the best seafood in the area, bar none.
